Core Drill Attachment: Our custom Diamond Products^tmCore Drill Attachment is a unique, custom option for use with or without our Heritage Anchor Lift. It provides a complete solution for core drilling poured concrete and brick or block masonry walls. Horizontal or vertical core drilling is simplified by the drill support provided by the “HAL” and is quickly setup and removed from the lift by the hitch pin connections. One hitch pin connects the custom base plate for use on walls or floors to the lower core drill 2 ½” column and the other column end connects to our custom box coupling that attaches to the drive head hexagonal Kelly bar shaft with another hitch pin. Typically an 11” diameter core can be drilled through a 12” block wall in about 10 minutes and poured concrete walls between 20 to 30 minutes depending on the amount of steel rebar encountered. This water fed core drill attachment prevents the debris and dust associated with hammer drills and sledge hammers from accumulating. A single core of block or concrete is all that is left to remove from the drilled opening. If the block cores are going to be grouted or as it is also known as (retrofitted), then this method also prevents additional debris from falling into the cores of the block and stopping the grout from flowing to the bottom.

The Diamond Products^tmCORE BORE core drill attachment for the Heritage Anchor Lift features a complete M1 anchor drill rig. This rig includes the CORE BORE Model CB700 20 Amp motor with control switch and colored LED amperage readout. A 2 1/2" column (mast) and the drill carriage assembly with integral pillow block accessory for drilling up to 14" diameter holes. A ceiling jack and small anchor base plate with wheels for use as a standalone core drill rig for those times you don’t need to use it with the “HAL”. Our custom attachment kit for use with the Heritage Anchor Lift provides the drill column end support, quick connect box adapter with hitch pin assembly for connection to the hydraulic drive head 2" Kelly bar shaft. This kit also includes the custom, angle pivot foot plate adapter, used  for attachment to walls, ceilings or floor applications and also attaches with the quick connect hitch pin connection. 

Digital Torque Monitor: PT Tracker by Marion Technologies. This fully “HAL” integrated, custom digital torque monitor option, constantly monitors and records the installation torque values through automatic differential pressure readings. It is recorded with the internal memory and provides instant selectable readout for pressures or real time torque values. The USB port allows for the download of data to a laptop computer and  dedicated software allows for back-up and display of installed torque for each helical installed. It also provides graphing of these values for additional reference.
